Seller agreement
What you agree to when you sell here and we pay you.
Version 2026-10-17
What you are agreeing to
This agreement covers selling on MyTixty. It sits alongside the general terms, and where the two differ on a question about selling, this one applies.
You are being shown it now because you are submitting identity and bank details so we can pay you. We need your agreement on record before money moves.
The tickets you list
You confirm that you hold every ticket you list, that you are entitled to resell it, and that it will admit the buyer to the event as described.
You confirm that you have not listed the same ticket anywhere else, and that you will not sell it elsewhere while it is listed here.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing: the event, the section, the row, the seat and anything restricting the view or entry.
Delivering
You must deliver through the platform. For mobile tickets that means transferring to the private address we give you for the order; for files, uploading them to the order.
If the issuer changes the format of your tickets before the event, upload the new file to the order rather than arranging anything directly with the buyer.
Contacting the buyer to arrange delivery or payment outside the platform is a breach of this agreement. Those messages are held rather than delivered.
Getting paid
Your payout is released once the buyer confirms the tickets arrived, or automatically seven days after you mark them delivered.
Our commission, shown to you before you publish a listing, is deducted from the sale.
We may hold a payout while a dispute on that order is open. If the dispute is decided against you, the payment is returned to the buyer instead.
You are responsible for your own tax on what you earn here.
Identity and bank details
The documents and bank details you submit are used to verify who you are and to pay you, and are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep records of payments made.
The name on your bank account has to match your verified identity. We cannot pay a third party on your behalf.
If it goes wrong
Failing to deliver, delivering tickets that do not match the listing, or tickets refused at the gate may cost you the payout on that sale and your ability to sell here.
Where we have already paid you and a dispute is later decided against you, you agree to repay that amount, and we may recover it from future payouts.
Resale legality is yours to check
Resale is restricted or prohibited in some countries, and forbidden by many issuers' own terms. Being able to create a listing here is not a statement that reselling that ticket is lawful.
You confirm you have satisfied yourself that you may lawfully resell the tickets you list.
