Frequently asked questions
If the answer is not here, ask us. Ask us if it is not here.
Buying
When do I get my tickets?
As soon as the seller sends them, which most do within a few hours. Mobile tickets are transferred to a private address we give you; PDF and QR tickets appear on your order page to download. You will get an email either way.
What happens to my money until then?
We hold it. The seller is not paid until you confirm the tickets arrived, or until seven days after delivery if you do not say anything. If they never arrive, you are refunded in full.
Why is the price higher than the face value?
Sellers set their own prices on a resale marketplace, so they can be above or below face value. The price on the listing is what you pay — our fee is already in it, and nothing is added at checkout.
The tickets did not arrive. What now?
Open the order and choose “Something wrong with this order?”. That raises a dispute with us directly. Do it before the event if you can — there is far more we can do while there is still time to find you replacements.
Can I cancel an order?
Not once it is paid, because the seller has committed their tickets to you. If the event itself is cancelled or moved, raise a dispute and we will sort it out.
Selling
When do I get paid?
Once the buyer confirms the tickets arrived, or automatically seven days after you mark them sent. Payouts go to the bank account on your payouts page, which has to be verified first.
Why do you need my ID and bank details?
Because we are sending you money. Verifying who you are is a legal requirement for that, and it is also what stops someone selling tickets they do not have and disappearing with the proceeds.
My tickets changed from a transfer to a PDF. What do I do?
Open the order and use “Got a PDF or QR code instead?” underneath the transfer instructions. Upload the file there — you do not need to transfer as well.
Can I arrange delivery with the buyer directly?
No, and messages trying to are held rather than passed on. Everything has to go through the platform, because an order we cannot see is an order we cannot protect either of you on.
What if I cannot deliver?
Tell us immediately through the help page. The buyer is refunded. Repeatedly failing to deliver will cost you your ability to sell here.
Your account
Is it legal to resell tickets?
It depends entirely on where the event is and what the original seller's terms say. Some countries and some venues restrict or ban resale, and some will refuse a resold ticket at the gate. Both sides are responsible for knowing the rules for their own event.
How do I get hold of a person?
The help page. Everything you send there is answered by us and kept on your account, which is more use in a dispute than an email thread nobody else can see.
